Move SourceForge tracker items to Trac-tickets

Description

The  SF bug tracker and the others to be moved here.

They also contain a lot of old crud (unresolved from 2001) which make us looks bad.

Fully agree. I was planning to just clean it out once this site was up and running.

I cleaned them up. I would need some feedback if the remaining things are still issues or not.

 this one seems to have been fixed. I can't close it. (I verified & moved my items)
